If God didn't want me to eat animals, he wouldn't make them so tasty.

Only if a person consumes meat that is prohibited by law. That's What I think. There are some religions that believe that consumption of meat, or some meats are a sin. I think for health reasons, it would be better for humans to eat less meat and get more of their protein from other sources.

Vegetarians will say yes, it is a sin to eat meat. Most will say no, because God put animals on this planet for us to eat. I am not a vegetarian and at times I feel very guilty about eating meat because we killed an animal for this. It is the same as those who protest killing animals like Mink for their fur. I wonder how many people who protest killing animals for their fur eat meat? I believe that God give life and only God should take life, so I feel that I am not doing the right thing by eating meat or fish. I can console myself by saying I am not doing the actual killing, but I am eating the meat. Animals have feelings, souls and should have rights.

I think it might be.The only time god said it was ok was out of desperation or great need.He allowed Noah and his family to eat meat becasuse they had no other option, everything was flooded. In the US there is definitly no need to eat it.But I wouldn't say that is right or wrong. It's really our own choice.I would never go up to someone and say why are you eating meat, that's wrong.

Depends on the religion. Some don't allow meat at all for their members, like Buddists, and some allow meat but not certain kinds, like pork for Jews & Muslims.

As others have said previously, it depends on your religious take.
I'm not a biblical person (or a christian at all for that matter), but I have read parts of the old testament. Some of it suggests eating meat as unnatural and some parts show revered biblical figures consuming and sacrificing it.
"Thou shalt not kill"?

No. According to the Bible, not only did God allow mankind to eat meat, he actively encouraged it. He even required animal sacrifices.
What's more, some parts of the Bible suggest that God disliked vegetarianism, or was even angered by it.

It's not. When Adam and Eve got deported from Eden, God gave a list of animals that they can eat for food. However, if like me, you love animals too much to eat them, it's up to the individual's choice.
