If he's an ex.. there's a reason why he's one.. Get yourself together... take care of you.. what's best for you... sooner or later you'll realize it's not even worth stressing yourself over him and his new girl...Look really good the next time he see's you too.. then laugh in his face..."Look what you'll be missin loser"!!

Breaking up with someone isn't a race to see who can get laid first. And there's no rule that makes it mandatory to hate each other, either.

Live your own life. When you hear about your ex with someone else, wish them both luck. Sincerely. The happier your ex is, the less they're making YOUR life horrible.

Wish them the best, and get on with your own life. Take a break from dating, and be the grownup. The ex is more than welcome to win the race, it's childish, and you weren't racing. You're the adult. You won the race to grow up, and be mature about the breakup. Keep reminding yourself of that.

Keep yourself busy with things that you really like to do. Don't leave yourself time to dwell - that way lies bitterness and unhappiness.

The better mood you are in, the more fun it will be for others to be with you.

Also, you need to accept that it's over and this kind of thing happens, when compared to the rest of your life, it's not a big deal.

Give it time, keep yourself busy and remember that you will meet someone who's better. Don't get involved with people who aren't good for you just because you're feeling emotionally fragile right now

Ex can be gotten over with exercise. I mean you have to do the same exercise with the new one which you have been doing with your ex. So ex will vanish from mind new will take his place. Simple isn't it.

Get out and meet new people, even if you don't feel like it. Keep yourself busy and don't stay in around the house

Start talking and listening to that person that's been trying to talk to you. You may find out he's not so bad after all.

You don't....you just need to find ways of dealing with it. Hurts like hell...we all know. Hang in there.
