The best thing for you is variety. Different fruits provide differnt vitamins. One fruit isnt going to do the job, altho if you know what you are deficiant in you can eat foods high in those substances and that would be best for your health.

If you just eat one fruit, you're going to get the squirts. You need a variety. Apples are a good source of fiber. Watermelon is filling. Oranges have Vitamin C. Prunes are good for your digestive system. Bananas are a great source of potassium. Grapes are filling and and offer another source of fiber. Etc...etc...etc... Just eat a variety, and you'll have what you need.

blueberries have been said to be a Super Food. But I think all fruits are good in moderation. don't just rely on one fruit.
