You sound like a guy who cares very little about the girl that you had sex with or about your own health.
Why would you want to cause her pain and possible abrasions to the entrance of the anis or run the risk of "AIDS"??.
If you want to have anal sex you should atleast educate yourself about the female anatomy and sex education.
For starters, yes you can get "AIDS".
You should always use a condom for regular sex if you have sex with other girls or you don't know that this girls has not slept with other guys.
An if you are going to have anal sex you need to first lubricate the anal entrance wiith "KY Jelly".
And never use the same condom that you used for anal sex to have regular sex as this is dangerous and not a preventive measure from getting or giving "AIDS".
Wise up young man or you are going to have a short life!!

Regardless of which hole you go in wear a condom!! STDs are very easy to get, and very easy to get anally..
