I love to make my own smoothies so I have this one really good one:
I put
1 chopped up peach
about a hand full and a half of cut up strawberries
1 6oz. of pineapple juice
and about 5-8 ice cubes
and if you want put in some vanilla ice cream
it is very good and refreshing.

Beer Battered Fried Vegetables
Yields: 6 servings

"Double dipping is the trick to these golden and delicious fried veggies.
The first dipping is in an egg/milk batter,
the second in a beer/flour concoction.
Then they 're deep fried in vegetable oil. Serves six."

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups beer
2 eggs
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups vegetable oil for frying 1 carrot, cut into thick strips
1 onion, sliced into rings
6 fresh mushrooms, stems
removed
1 green bell pepper, sliced in
rings

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a medium bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cup flour and beer with a wooden spoon; let stand for at least 3 hours at room temperature.
2. Mix eggs and milk in a small bowl. In a separate bowl mix together 1/2 cup flour and salt and pepper.
3. Heat oil to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
4. Dip each vegetable in the egg and milk mixture. Next dip the vegetable into the flour and seasoning mixture, finally dip the vegetable in the beer and flour mixture. Place the vegetables into the oil and fry until golden brown,

Morningstar Farm Grillers Original. Cook it for 1 minute in the microwave. Then, transfer it to a pan and grill it until it's hard. I cut it up and eat it with ketchup. It's AMAZING! I used to eat 2-3 a day!

Veggie tacos made with grillers crumbles are good too!
