I have 2 dishes that I rotate & get asked to bring both now. My Cheddar Pie & Hamburger or Chicken Casserole, the first one is a hamburger dish. Both are simple & easy to make, not taking a whole lot of time either. I have a potluck coming up in September too & am searching the recipes online to find something different to take.

I usually take my hamburger casserole....Brown 1lb hamburger or ground turkey with 1 chopped onion. Add 1 large can of Bush's best baked beans & stir thru. Mix in 1 tsp spicy mustard, 1 tsp worchester, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1 tablespoon dark brown suger & 1 medium squirt of ketchup. Bake on low for about 30 - 45 minutes ( Keeps well in a crock-pot too ) First had it at a covered dish dinner @ church & have loved it ever since.

I like to take things that can be made ahead. Pistachio salad, pasta salad, macaroni salad, potato salad, brownies, bundt cakes, homemade rolls. Lots of different things. Seems like we have a potluck every week around here.
