How do i get rid of this F-Ing Cold? i feel like shiit?

help? my throat, nose and eyes, omg and omg.. i feel like ****.. i have been eating jalepenos and lemon to clear my sinuses, but damn i feel like poop

I don't know how long you have had these symptoms, but it is not unheard of to develop a sinus infection after a cold. Somehow the virus damages the respiratory epithelium of the sinus cavities, allowing normal bacteria that colonize the mucus to actually invade the tissues and set up an infection.

I had a bad cold a couple of years ago, and it would NOT go away. For three months, I had no sense of smell. I did not feel as stuffy as you describe, but just felt under the weather. You might want to go to a GP or otorhinolaryngologist (ENT). I had to be on steroids and antibiotics as I recall, and after another couple of weeks, it gradually began to get better.

I had hoped that it would help me drop a few pounds, but it had the opposite effect. Since I could taste nothing, I kept eating to satisfy whatever desire for taste there was, and settled on different textures of food. My eighteen month old had it a couple of years later and had the gnarliest morning breath, I knew it had to be infected, smelled like a microbiology lab. YUK. I can only imagine what mine was like when I had it, since I could not smell at the time.

I know it is frustrating, but modern medicine is quite qualified to deal with this problem.
