When I was 15 I had a polka-dot party with everything decorated in different colored polka dots with a black background. It was really fun. We loved playing silly games and pigging out on pizza. We played twister and tossed cheeseballs high in the air and had to catch them with our mouths. At night we watched scary movies and stayed up late telling scary or silly stories. Good luck!

I would avoid the typical party themes involving weapons, alcohol and debauchery. those are soooo overdone.
You may want to go with a "Name the Classical Composer" contest. It's always a highlight in our home.

Isn't 15 the proper age to play 'pop the cherry'? Invite a bunch of boys over her age and let them compete for the honors.
