I don't know why it is but I only like Chinese food cooked by Chinese people. Even though I know that some of it doesn't even have it's origin in China, it just tastes better to me.
It's not just Latinos, I don't care much for it when anyone makes it if they aren't Chinese.
Plus most of the Chinese restaurants that I have eaten at, the workers are very nice and hospitable.

There was a Chinese buffet joint in my hometown that was run by Mexicans. Not only did they have Kung Pao Chicken and Crab Rangoons, they had Beef Enchiladas and Guacamole! You'd hear Spanish coming out of the kitchen, and amond waitstaff, or over the phone. Kinda funny. Food was alright, though.

hi, Chickenboy!! I love to cook and enjoy trying out different types of cuisine, not just Mexican food. plus my favorite chinese restaurant is in Mexico and is run by like, 3rd generation Chinese-Mexicans. i think if the cooks enjoy their jobs, the food will turn out great. just avoid any fast food restaurant because those people will put boogers in your food regardless of their ethnicity ;)

Hell, yeah.
The connection between Latin and Chinese cuisine is closer than you think.
Who do you think invented the enchilada***, and gave the recipe to the Mexicans?
***The inventor, Professor Wu Qian-Lin of the University of Beijing, spelt it 'enchirada' but couldn't pronounce it. The rest is history.

It'll be fine. Americanized Chinese food isn't really Chinese anymore anyway.

I think the combination of Mexican/Chinese food would be the best of both worlds. I love both and would love to have some super spicy chicken balls....mmmmm.

Just don't trust Latin food cooked by Chinese people. Cat meat empanadas would be gross.
