I don't know, but we Americans do! Especially in fancy restaurants, and deep fried hole in the wall places.

They eat many things as do americans. Not to stray from the question, but in Italy they have a different kind of meat department. They sell horse meat off the rack like how we buy beef or chicken.True story.Plus they have frog, rabbit, and who knows what else. Are frogs really that bad?I mean the rich people eat fish eggs and call it a delicacy. And I eat chicken eggs. The only thing I stay away from is pork. They are clean on the outside and dirty on the inside.Keep in mind they don't sweat. All that salt you taste is pig excrement(sweat).Food for thought. Most asian people are pagans and that alone should answer your question of why do they eat what they eat.

Some kind of frogs are eaten in some asian countries especially by chinese. There are different ways of cooking frog legs, they put it in porridge, fried, all sorts of things. Unforetunately, or maybe not, i'm one of those who don't eat frogs.

Yes, Chinese people cook frog all the time. They give it the euphamism "rice field chicken" whenever it's on the menu. One of the most popular preparations is to make a claypot rice dish with frogs as the main meat ingredient.

I am absolutely positive that.., some Asians,Caucasians,Afro-Americans,red-necks.., and even the elite upper-upper echelons of society do eat frogs.., or some portion of a frog.
There is an amazing variety of cultures in this world that consume an even more bizarre variety of things.
SO..,
EVEN MONKEYS WILL EAT HOT PEPPERS

Don't know about Asians, but the French sure do. Frog legs are considered a French delicacy.
(And yes, they taste like chicken.)

well yes but mostly the chinese people eat them..and i think the thais too..i doubt it the indians eat them as well as us the malays..we definitely do not eat them even though we are asians..
eating frogs especially the dried ones is a poplar belief to the chinese as it acts as remedy of cold and flu..that is according to my chinese friends and she thought it tasted like chicken..she didnt know it was frog at first and she knew her mum always had bought frogs but didnt know what happened to them until she finally had the courage to confront her mum..haha..
i for one, don't think that i'll ever eat such things..

Visiting my brother-in-law in Bangkok last year he brought out a bowl of fried small frogs (05.-1 inch with legs). They were salted and crunchy. Not a whole lot different in taste from potato chips. Of course they looked a whole lot worse.
