When the federal government subsidizes tabacco farmers AND both federal & state governemnts profit, even now, from taxing tobacco products, which, the government readily admits, kills people? Double standard ?

Because they were exposed from an insider (American hero) who almost was killed by them. There's a movie with Russell Crowe with the name insider I believe. I hope another insider from these big pharmaceuticals (& the food industry) comes up and exposes we poison they are injecting legally into the world. Natural cures exist but they are suppressed. Whoever dares to challenge them, is eliminated. ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. And you thought we were so close to this cure and that cure. You see all those cute little kids on TV that break your hearts on these big Pharma commercials? Exactly! As long as there is hope... Check the movie Island.

Um, they have the most money?
Personally, I don't see how they're liable at all. I don't see company executives running around shoving cigarettes in people's mouths forcing them to smoke. People just don't want to be held accountable for their own actions or bad judgement anymore and want to point the finger at soembody else for their own poor decisions. It's sad.

you forgot to mention how many govt employee pension funds are invested in tobacco stocks.....the whole thing is ridiculous.
