This is a very simple fruit dip. Sour cream and sugar. Use the amount of sugar that you would like to your taste. Put back in the fridge and allow to sit overnight. Stir and a serve. Or you can do Sour Cream, Brown Sugar and vanilla. 1 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. (Recipe is easy to double or triple) Chill for a few hours or overnight. If you are using apples on your fruit tray squeeze a little fresh lemon juice over the slices to prevent them from turning brown.

I have always wanted to make this Fruit Dip but have never gotten a chance:
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup reduced-fat whipped topping
4 teaspoons reduced-calorie pancake syrup
1 dash ground cinnamon
assorted berries and fruit chunks
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with fruit.
I also looked up the Nutrition facts for you:
One serving (2 tablespoons of dip) equals 22 calories, 1 g fat (1 g saturated fat), trace cholesterol, 16 mg sodium, 3 g carbohydrate, 0 fiber, trace protein. Diabetic Exchange: Free food.
I think this would go good with StrawBerries, Apples and Bananas in particular!

This is one that my grandma made..I am not sure of exact of the exact measurements because she just kinda mixed it up and tasted as she went.
But it has cream cheese, plain yogurt, brown sugar and cool whip. It was the best stuff I have ever had and I find myself making it even when I don't have fruit just to eat it out of the bowl!

Mix one container cool whip and one cup any flavor pudding you like.
Or for healthier choice try your favorite flavor of yogurt as a dip.
