Personally, it is not my favorite cuisine, but many people do. It is a variation, I'm sure you know, of Spanish/Latino food. I guess it also depends on how well it is prepared! There is a Colombian restaurant just down the street from me. I tried it out but was not impressed. Why don't you look up some recipes on the Internet to see if you like the ingredients of the recipes? That should help you decide.

Hi!
I've tried individual recipes, and I love the Rice with Coconut.
I really like it!
It's a very soft combination that gives the rice and extra spice without beign actually spicy.

Also, and this is in the candy department, I love "Besitos de negra". I know it might not be a Colombian recipe (I'm not sure), but somebody brought me some from Bogotá and I loved them!

Goodluck!

SOrry I can't remember the name of what I ate, but I went to a colombian restaurant on Valencia St. in San francisco and had a type of baked chicken with a lot of vegetables and rice. It was great.
