I'm going to work there soon and love cooking, I know there are many wonderful spices, fruit and veg - but I'd like to find out about more obscure (to me in the U.K) and specific ingredients. Anything really. Thanks.

The main stable, known as posho in Uganda, is made from maize or cassava flour and is similar to local food found elsewhere in the region. In addition Indian food is common throughout the country.
