Using eggshells as a garnish is dangerous, as the other person said. Pieces could also break off and mix with the food. If you are talking about hard boiled eggs, you could make a mouse. Slice a small section off the bottom so the egg will sit firmly. place 2 cloves into the egg where the eyes would be.Cut a very small sliver of red pepper to form the mouth and cut 2 half round sections of the pepper to form the ears(cut a slice in the egg to insert or attach with toothpicks) For the tail you could use a sliver of a chive or a sliver of the top of a green onion.Try not to use the toothpicks. Some fool might try to eat it just to be funny.

You can blow the yolk out of egg, and paint or you can hard boil eggs and devil them arrange on leaffy greens and sprinkle paprika
