Please consult the a physician asap. I just lost my 45 year old dad to lung cancer. He was ill for one year prior to diagnosis and every time he went to the doctor was told that it was just bronchitis!! Please get a second opinion, had my Dad they may have caught it sooner. Age and smoking history DO NOT MATTER!!!

Talk to the Doctor, no one on here can tell you any thing better then your doctor.
As far as symptoms go, they range, my Grandfather died of lung cancer, it isnt a good thing at all, and it gets worse.
Just talk to your doctor.
