I am wandering where the best place would be it needs to be max 1 hours drive from bolton lancs an area with lots of vegetarian reasonable rent min size 500sq ft with A3 planning

yohan - there are plenty of vegetarians in Bolton, my daughter being one of them.... and you should see the amount of food ordered from vegetarian menus.... its just as much a lifestyle trend here as it is anywhere. Ref-make it in westhoughton and i will be your first customer
