If you have yellowish discharge coming out of your penis, it is likely that you are infected with gonorrhea. If you dont have discharge but have the other symptoms you described, it could be chlamydia or yeast or something else. Please take a look at this site: http://www.ncsddc.org/programsites.htm and find the nearest free drop-in STD clinic. If your state doesn't have information, you can call the Health Department (or Dept of Public Health) and ask where the free STD clinics are. Then call the clinics to find out when they are open. You don't want to wait too long- even if the major sypmtoms go away, you could still have an STD and the infection could go deeper into your body and cause serious complications.

Please go see a doctor i know someone who has that same problem and the smell too it smells like fish or tuna i guess and that is not normal. Question are you curcumsised? Because the person i know isnt and i think that is part of the problem and maybe he isnt cleaning himself very well.

Could be anything. Leave it alone for a day or two and then get a checkup. Most of these types of probelms are not STD.
