Yes that's true.Hpv also causes genital warts-just so ya know.Ladies-protect yourself. Make him wrap that thing up!!!

Yes, they've known that for a while. There is actually a trial vaccine available for it as well. Could mean great things for decreasing the rates of cervical cancer.

Yes. And it causes anal cancer in men too if you didnt know. Anal Condyloma is contagious and recurrent, but treatable. Studies in heterosexual drug users have shown that cancerous anal hpv is not necesarily transmited by anal sexual intercourse and the outcomes are the same to those who are infected by sexual means.

yes, and there is also a vaccine available for it now, so everyone who doesnt have it currently should get the vaccine!
