Apple, Peach, Cosmopolitan, Valentine, and of course the Classic!
Apple: Vodka, apple pucker
Peach: Peach Vodka (Stoli is best), Peach Schnapps, Sprite, and a dash of mango juice for color
Cosmo: Orange Vodka, Cointreau, Cranberry Juice
Valentine: Vodka, Champagne, Chambord
Classic: Vodka, Vermouth

You can NEVER go wrong with a "Hairy Buffalo"
Just get a big trash can with a big liner and fill it up with cherry koolaid / ice / Rum, Vodka, Whatever!!! - the night before get grapes, apples, oranges, pineapple, kiwi and soak them in your favorite alcohol overnight - should you choose to use a watermelon, puncture a whole on the top - jam a bottle of Vodka (absolute) and let it absorb overnight as well... next day dump all the fruit into the trash can & wallah! Instant "Hairy Buffalo"... do not use bananas!!!
We used 6 bottles of "Everclear" (190 proof) 1 year & the other year had everyone bring 2 "airplane" size bottles of their favorite alcohol to add to the Buffalo! You can always make more koolaid!!

Buy a big jar type dispenser...make the following punch; 2 Large Cans Pineapple Juice, Equal parts Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, Mango Rum, Passionfruit Rum, Pineapple Rum a couple of splashes of grenadine, and a couple of splashes of sprite. Yummy! For food.....grill some ribs with barbecue sauce...grill some pineapple coated with brown sugar. Have a coconut cake for your birthday cake decorated with little umbrellas.

Margarita's....Smirnoffs new flavored malt liquers.....Orange Dream (It already has the alcohol in it)....when you pour it in a mixer with ice...its a frozen little yummy drink.....and it tastes like a Push-up.
