Epinephrine is a vasodilator so it opens airways in anaphylactic shock, asthma attacks, and increases heart rate. Also causes high BP and one terrific headache and if you are a little kid with asthma and you get an IM injection of this you will end up talking your mom & dad's ear off when you get home from the ER.
