You can just use a recipe for a lasagne made with mince (usually a bolognese-type tomato sauce), but use the Quorn instead. Dead easy! One thing though: Quorn/TVP/soya mince doesn't have much flavour on its own, so make sure the other ingredients do—don't forget the garlic and herbs!
Is it dried Quorn? That needs soaking first, or make your sauce really liquid and add the Quorn a little earlier, so that it absorbs some of the fluid as it cooks. Otherwise just chop/mince it (if it's not already mince-like), add it to your sauce after everything else, simmer it for a couple of minutes before you layer the pasta and sauce.
If everything's already cooked, and the pasta was floppy when you layered it, then all you need to do now is brown the topping, so stick it in the oven for 15-20 mins. It will need baking for longer (30-40 mins) if you layered the pasta dry, and your sauce should be correspondingly more liquid, or your lasagne will be very chewy.
Would suggest you don't make lasagne for the first time for an important dinner party, unless you're a reasonably good cook. Good luck

I'd recommend Vegemince (made by Realeat) instead of Quorn mince. It's a much nicer texture.

Same way I guess as you are only substituting the mince for the quorn!

You fry the quorn instead of the mince and do everything the same.
I have done it and its a nightmare cooking with quorn as it doesn't change colour when its cooked
