While you are down there - go to Parisi's - they make the BEST breads - Di Palo's is the BEST place for cheeses & coldcuts Proscuitto di Parma, they make their own Mozzarella. Giant wheels of Parmesan Reggiano and giant sticks of Provolone
plus other Italian food imports...the Creamy Gorgonzola layered with mascarpone - is a MUST, but only available during the holidays... mmm I'm making myself hungry!

Can't tell you now, but I know it is posted on my brothers fridge. We plan a best of trip to eat out and see plays in NYC for mid-winter. We are doing cost is no object - just the best. I know we have already picked a place in Little Italy.

I believe the spelling is "Ferrara's". They make it fresh as you order it.
