Start putting tofu in everything, it doesn't sound like your little brothers are going to stop.
You could ask them to not eat your vegetarian food.. or just tell then whatever you made has tofu in it.

You must be a good cook if your brothers want to eat your food. I know it makes me crazy when someone is taking the food that was put aside for me since they will eat either choice offered and I will only eat the dish without meat. It also sounds like you're doing you're eating the right way, making sure you're getting what you need for protein. I'm more into convenience.
Thing is, if your mother is purchasing the food and anyone can eat anything, sounds like you're going to have this trouble UNLESS you put a little slice of tofu on everything you make.
Are you eating with the family? You know, there are some good quick vegetarian products out there - Morningstar Farms and I also like Worthington (I know it's strange, but I do get my hot dogs from a can.) The bummer is these products are often more expensive, but it's a choice I made long ago. My son isn't being raised a vegetarian, but he does often choose my food.
Of course, it could make life a lot easier for you if your mom asked your brothers to refrain from eating things you've prepared, but I guess it's open season if there's food in the pantry, fridge or freezer. Would it be a plus to tell your mom you're making sure you're getting the protein you need when you make these dishes? Maybe she's hoping you'll switch back? I know when I first started my mom said I'd have to give up all meats and not be selective. Well, I did, and have. :)

Sounds like your brothers want to be vegatarians.
Include Tofu in everything it's not that hard.
little slices, strips, etc.
And isn't it a good thing that they don't touch anything with Tofu?
You are sounding like it's a bad thing.
I had the same problem, except it was my mom & sister eating my vegan food, but I make large batches so that they can eat it too, because I don't want to feel bad.
Just make really large batches, about enough for 3days.
And it's not your moms fault, but I don't like that she yelled at you, that's kind of messed up.
Hope I helped, and don't give up!
email me if you need something.

You brothers are allowed to eat the food because it was purchased by your mother. She is helping by making these purchases. If you were purchasing the food with your own money it would be different. It will be this way until you move out & get your own place.
Try being flattered that someone besides you has taken an interest in what you are eating. Make larger portions.

Sit down a have a talk with your mom. Tell her that since your brothers like what you fix so well that you can make enough for everyone. Have your mom make the main dish with meat, and you can make the sides. Then make enough for leftovers for all to enjoy. I hope this helps.

Well, you should all talk about it. It's not just you mom's fault... You should step up too.
An other option is to make your brothers a meal to remember: put Tabasco everywhere, put so many beans they will spend the evening on the toilet, or just buy your own food, so your mom couldn't say that it's her money...

Next time your mom makes you something, put some to the side for yourself, then add a little "something" for your brothers to make it a meal they'll never forget. That ought to teach the selfish hounds!

Sounds like you brothers like what you make. Suggest your mom buys more of it so you can make enough for all that want it.
