Why are you having unprotected sex with ANYONE?
Why are you having unprotected sex with some one you KNOW is HIV positive?
You don't get it always with one exposure, but it is possible.....
I hope this is a prank question and you are not really that stupid.
It is NOT POSSIBLE TO FLUSH HIV FROM YOUR SYSTEM!!!!!
Go to a hospital, or hospice where you can talk to someone that is dying of AIDS or living with it......ask how they feel, and ask them about what it is like to live with the disease.
I've seen too many people die from this disease.....it is a horrible SLOW DEATH......
Please no unprotected sex....

There is something doctors call "post exposure prophylaxis", or PEP. This usually consists of a person taking high doses of anti-HIV medications within 72 hours of exposure to HIV. This has been used for years when a person has been exposed on-the-job, such as an accidental needle stick. Hospitals and doctors have also used this if a person believes they have been exposed through sexual contact or sharing infected needles, although I am unsure of the success rate. If your friend showed up at a hospital, they may have prescribed PEP, but this means she would have to take the medications EXACTLY as prescribed, for at least 28 days. This is used to prevent an HIV infection, within 72 hours of exposure, but it can never be used to "cure" somebody who already has HIV. If a person has repeated exposure to HIV, then this type of treatment would not be appropriate. So please tell your friend that if she were to have unprotected sex with this person again, it is VERY risky. There are no documented cases of a person infected with HIV getting their system "flushed". It is sad that this guy couldn't tell her he had HIV until after he came inside of her. In some states, this is even considered criminal.

Well I've never heard of this "flushing out" thing but that doesn't definetely mean she has it. She does need to be tested though and seeing a doctor. But HIV isn't as easy to catch as everyone thinks. If a person has unprotected sex with someone who is known to be HIV positive the chance they will get it is 1 in 1000.

In hospitals if a nurse/doctor is stuck with a contaminated needle from an hiv patient they are started on hiv drug therapy. This is suppose to help your body defend against the virus. I have never heard of flushing the system, if it were true then no one would have this terrible disease. She might not have caught the virus, you don't always get it, but everyone should still always be careful.

Just because she had sex one time with someone who is HIV positive does NOT mean she "got it". It's possible, but it doesn't happen 100% of the time.
No, you cannot "get your system flushed" to get rid of HIV. That's just nonsense.

Even though, she "got her system flushed" her boyfriend should still always wear protection!
I have heard of that, but I don't know if it is effective. I believe they only do it in some places in Europe and not in the US. And it's very expensive.

No-----totally false and inaccure information. Once HIV is transmitted you have it the rest of your life...it can only be treated with medication in order to manage it.
