Go to the Dr NOW! Normal levels are around 110 +/-10. When I was diagnosed with diabetes, mine was at 320. My doctor said there was no doubt that I was diabetic. He didn't even do one of those glucose tests. He did do an ac1 (aka the tattle tell test) and it was a couple of points higher than normal, which is a lot.
You know what your level is, yet you're not doing anything about it. Why? You've obviously been diagnosed otherwise you wouldn't know what your level is. What gives?

Sweating, dizziness, Freezing, lightheaded, there are several different symptoms it depends on the person. Most people their sugar levels should be 80-110 if yours is that high you need to see a doctor as soon as possible. Do a 12 hour fasting and check it and see what is then. I am a diabetic so good luck on your results.

I feel like I got the flu. I have headaches, upset stomach, real thirsty, pee a lot, feel super hungry too. Doc told me I should be between 70-120 anything in the 300's can do damage to your body and cause key-tone acidosis which can kill you. See your doc or go to ER ASAP

Constant thirst, going to the bathroom every five minutes. You really should talk to ur Doc. about changing ur insulin. Maybe a sliding scale. If you keep ur level that high, it just makes it harder to get it down.
