Hello!

I would recommend you ask your Doctor how many carb grams you are recommended for your snack time. Our son can go form 1 to 1.5 diabetic carbs per snack. Obviously if you are low, more. Check out naturally low carb items. Try to stay away from the processed items. They are ok sometimes but you really want to keep a more healthy snack. Cheese, Carb freedom yogurts (under 5 grams in a large serving) and other carb freedom products are great. Activity is a plus. Don't forget biking or a low cardio 15 minute workout once a day if you can? I recommend popping on the Itune and dance like a fiend when no one is watching! lol You would be amazed at the workout...
I found this place a help too. www.lowcarbcentral.biz
It is in milwaukee Wisconsin. They ship and have superior service. Never been disapointed. They are right on with the answers too. Flax seed chips and michael seasons brand cheese puffs are unreal good! If a 12 year old and his buddies gobble them up... that tells you.
Good luck!

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Some of the best snacks are ones that low in sugar content. Another idea is to have snacks that are high in protein rather than low in sugar. Remember that carbohydrate high foods will be converted to sugar in your body and can affect your blood sugar control. Also a lot of "sugar-free" foods use sugar substitutes that don't stimulate an insulin response. This does not mean that they won't cause your blood sugar to increase. I would recommend a high protein snack, like peanut butter or something like that.
