HIV is transmitted by 4 different fluids: Blood, Semen, Vaginal secretions and Breast milk. It is not transmitted through casual contact or through sweat or saliva. There may be traces of the virus in those fluids however not enough to make it transmittable. It would actually take a person to drink about a gallon of an infected person's spit to be at risk for exposure.

Kissing is fine but open mouth is not recommended because there is a small chance that it could be transmitted if the person has sores or dental issues of the mouth.

Hi there ...
You sound to be very apprehensive !
Theoretically, any of the body fluids can contain the virus.
But the concentration varies from fluid to fluid.ok ?
That means, blood contains the maximum and the chances of HIV getting spread through french kissing , sweat, saliva, sharing of toilets, sharing of the same plate etc are as good as NIL !
If you want further details, you can refer to any of the Blood Bank websites like Red cross, AABB, Aids Control society etc.
Otherwise any of the licensed blood banks / community health center , near your place will be able to provide literatures, and pamplets regarding this.

aids could never be spread in kissing... another person could be infected by hiv or aids through sexual intercorse... one can also have it when accidentally spilled with blod of a person with aids... that if only you have a cut or woulds in which could serve as the portal of entry of the virus...
