If you have a year-old sample of semen on an article of clothing could you take this garment to a lab and have them run a few STD tests on it...HIV test?

By this time, nature (ie: bacteria and other natural breakdown processes) will have degraded the organic compounds to the point where tests would not come up with anything conclusive.

By the time you get ot the doctor to have the semen checked it'll be tool ate. an another thing is that there is not enough semen that can be distributed onto clothing to test for stds. not even if you washed your clothes in infected semen.
