I make signature drinks every time I throw a party. Rather than have a big bar I just mix something up that is the cocktail of the night and supplement with beer and wine. The last dinner party I had I mixed white cranberry juice, absolut peach vodka and a splash of mango nectar - served up in a martini glass. I called it a tobytini - in honor of my cat. You can have that one if you'd like to use it! New Year's Eve we had pomegranate champagne cocktails - I used an inexpensive Spanish sparkling wine (Freixenet) or sparkling grape juice for the designated drivers. Just a splash of pomegranate juice in the bottom of the champagne flute and top off with the bubbly. The red color was very festive! I also once made lava lamps - which is basically jello shots in champagne. recipe is here:

These are very fun but you may need to pull your guests down off the table because they are REALLY potent!

Best wishes to you and enjoy your wedding!

We just got married in May and decided to have a brunch reception (we got married at 11:30 am). We had a champagne fountain, but the best part were the mimosa's! (Champagne and OJ). My husband and I loved them so much that we had them every day on our honeymoon, and it reminded us of our perfect day!! Your guests will always think of you when they have that special drink that you had for your wedding!

Well, I'm planning my wedding now... and we're trying to lower costs so we're going to feature our favorite drinks "Bride drink" and "Groom drink" other than that we're gonna have wine and beer...
