You can usually get it at the store, if not get it dried, there is not much difference between dried and fresh with the herb. If not I have substituted dried Oregano, its the same for the most part, just a little less sweet/citrusy.

Depends on where you live. Most grocery stores will have it in the produce section with the other herbs. If not you may have to use some parsley and the dried marjoram.

Most nursery stores or garden centers sell herb platns. And if not, they sell the seed packets so you can grow your own. Just remember: most herbs thrive on neglect. So dont' baby it and worry it to death, just let it be adn grow.
