Home grown is best, next is frozen, bought spinach is rarely fresh and wilts before you get it home.
Plus with frozen spinach you can always have it on hand and it can be used in so many different ways.

There is a bit of a difference. Fresh is first, and then frozen. Never eat canned spinach if you can help it.

Not much. Frozen veggies *can* actually be fresher because they're flash frozen shortly after picking and you really never know how old the produce is in the grocery store.
