Fry your foods in vegetable oil. Oil makes you gain weight. Also, consume lots of sugar and sugary drinks like pop. Drinking lots of juice makes you gain weight also. Do all these things and soon you will gain weight. BTW vegetables such as peas, corn, carrots, beans, potatoes and also rice and bread will make you gain like crazy. Fruit such as avocado, grapes, raisins are also high in calories and avocado is also high in fat.

Drink whole milk, eat eggs, cheeses, butter, full-fat sour cream, ricotta cheese, cream cheese; also peanut butter. And soft drinks will make you gain weight if you don't mind the harm they'll do to your body. Oh, and I wish I had your height and weight. Wow.

The good fats are mainly in avocado and olive oil. Add these to appropriate foods. Also, your body turns excess carbs and proteins into fat. That's beans(including soy and TVP), potatoes, rice, pasta, breads. Don't go overboard; you don't want to get too fat.
