Buffets are toilets. Stay far, far away from them. They have the highest incidents of food born illness'. Buffets are accidents waiting to happen. Buffets are bad.

I'm guessing you mean in Singapore.

Personally, I like Peranakan cuisine, so my favourite buffet is
Ellenborough Market Café at Swissotel Merchant Court Hotel. They have a nice variety of Peranakan and International cuisine. And their Durian Pengkat is to die for!

i agree with rogue island. i got very sick one time i ate from a buffet. it was the flaming pit in pompano beach Florida. years ago. i don't eat from a buffet anymore. i see people scoop the food off the serving spoon with there dirty fingers in to there plates. it turns my stomach every time i think about it. gross yuck!!!
