well the girl would block the sisters account too if she knew he was using it, so the only way to speak to her or just listen to her is to not reply. the guy obviously likes the girl

Sounds to me like he's Stalking her....possibly he purely desires to bypass away her on my own if she has already blocked him as quickly as....that would desire to have been a splash that she isnt fascinated....
