I've seen too many of my questions receive too few answers, while questions about homosexuality garner far more answers talking about how homosexuality is a sin.

Easier to condemn than to justify your faith?

Kayla: "God hates homosexuality, but he loves the homosexuals." That's like saying God hates black skin but loves black people. Homosexuality is genetic, just like being black.

Number5: wouldn't be anything new for me ;-)

Paradise: Black people can change the colour of their skin, but it is difficult and few bother to try. Heterosexuals can change their gender preference, but it is difficult and few bother to try. So your logic proves what, exactly?

As for my other questions, check my profile. Several questions are still open.

Believer: you mistake me catching you in deceit with "anger". "Amusement" would have been a better choice. As for your bigotry against gays, the only thing that impresses me less than stupidity and deceit is bigotry. Congratulations.

CRM: Perhaps you haven't noticed, but the "silly" questions tend to generate the most answers, not the least.

All Christians have questioned their faith. And in all circumstances, you can turn to the Bible. But there are some great authors out there such as C.S. Lewis and Philip Yancy who can help answer some questions, but ultimately, it is Scripture that is God-breathed that can answer questions.

And a side note to you homosexuality statement, God hates homosexuality, but he loves the homosexuals.

And if you feel as though you're being condemned by a Christian, then they are not showing Christ because He is who all Christians should be pointing you to.

Jesus did not come to condemn us, but to free us.

Some go to the Bible for inspiration, other like myself look within. I feel my relationship with God gives me an understanding to know what is right.

Though I am a Christian, I do not call homosexuality a sin. I take the approach of "judge not lest ye be judged". God is the only judge, so it isn't my place to condemn someone else's free will.

Fundamentalists will believe their ideology but that is to be expected. Don't read to much into it. They fear what they don't understand.

Why are you so angry? I feel the anger coming out from you. God loves everyone but hates sin. Homosexuality is not considered a loving lifestyle. Rather it is based on promiscuity and lust. Homosexuals are sick freaks who have let the devil rule over their lives. They are on a fast road to eternal madness unless they repent.

With todays society I feel people are more afraid to answer faith based questions since the government is telling us we can't pray here or pray there. Don't government officials pray in there daily life? This country is in very sad shape in the religion department. we let other people dictate our religious life instead of being strong. After all Who was it that died on the cross for our sins?

Hahaha. You're going on the assumption that homosexuality is genentic, which hasn't been proven, and the assumption that there is a God, which again hasn't been proven. Right now, there is a distinct possibility that you're debating a whole lotta nothin'.

Tough questions take time, thought, and research. It is not only Christians who do not want to invest the time. Some people do not like research. Some just want the two points.

A tough question will be seen as an attack by Christians don't you know...you can't ask a tough question without it being an attack it seems...and they run to evade it as they have no answers except they'll maybe call you a retard or stupid to ask it.

Homosexuality is fascinating to Christians and they swarm and thrill to any mention of the word, indeed any mention of any sexuality of any kind whets their appetites for vicarious sexual discussion, condemnation and lascivious second-hand enjoyment.

I don't think anyone has the best answer when it comes to religion. Everyone should come to their own conclusions, but some people prefer not to discuss religion/politics for fear of offending someone.

Their views are their opinions -- and it doesn't sway my beliefs one way or another. It's just their thoughts (no one correct answer for all people).
