The worst scenario is that you drop dead from a stroke caused by excessive cholesterol in your arteries.
The best you can expect is that you will become as weird and strange as Ronald MacDonald,who is obviously suffering from the effects of too many big macs and thick shakes.Nobody in their right mind would behave like he does.

Aside from clogging your arteries and being a sure-fire way of giving yourself a heart attack, you will notice right away all of the changes your body will go through. You will gain weight, you won't be as energetic, and you will have a lower sex drive. I don't recommend this diet.

As far as food is concerned, too much of anything is bad. Just eating friuts and vegetables is bad for you, if this is all you eat. Eat everything in moderation, and you should be ok. This is my philosophy, and what I do. You have to decide for yourself. Theories about what is healthy for you to eat are a dime a dozen.
