Well, I say Sugar for teeth rotting, Saturated Fats for clogging of arteries, Salt for blood pressure, ect.

Anything fried is highly crap for your body, as well as heavily processed / artificial foods.

According to my husband's cardiologist, Taco Bell's taco salad is the most unhealthy fast food (as of 2002). According to Taco Bell's nutrition calculator on their website, the Fiesta Taco Salad has:

860 Calories
46grams Fat (70% of recommended daily value)
14grams Saturated Fat (72% recommended daily value)
5 grams TransFat
65mg Cholesterol
1800mg Sodium
82grams (12%) Carbohydrate

Just 1 taco salad will give you approximately 71% of recommended daily values for the 'bad' side of nutrition (fats, carbs, sodium).

In terms of fast food, I believe the worst possible thing you could eat is the Double Quarter Pounder at McDonald's. Of course, this is due partly to its enormous size.

In general, anything fried is likely to be the most unhealthy types of food.

If you get a chance, go to some sort of county fair, they're full of foods that will send you straight to hell.

The one that comes to mind is the Krispy Kreme Bacon cheeseburger.

Think of a bacon cheeseburger, but put between a split glazed krispy kreme donut with all that hot yummy glaze pouring down it. D:

Lorne sausage fried in lard to leave who knows what (and less of it) but it's very popular in Glasgow. It's a squareish slicing sausage. Not that the sausage needs extra fat to fry it in you understand. Smells utterly foul: far worse than dog food or indeed, dog poo!

Anything out of a can, or frozen, or preserved is uhhealthy. Fresh fruit and fresh organic veggies are the healthiest.

I would guess that out of date fried meat is about as unhealthy as you can get.

i suppose food which would have been completely fried.saoked in oil where a lot of oil would have been absorbed by the food? like a toast fried in a pan full of water, th etoast would act as a sponge, so its like drinking oil really.
