There's this co-worker('John')whom I find really cute, another co-worker told John that I like him, then me and John started IMing each other at work, I gave him my # but he never called, even though he said he will, then he told me that his car broke down and it sux that he couldn't take me out on a date. I feel that he likes me too, but i could be wrong since he never called, and he never asks me anything about me. He's nice to everyone, maybe I'm just being silly to think that he likes me and will ask me out someday. I'd ask him out but we'd get in my car and I think his ego might not be able to handle that. So you guys think he's just being nice/flirty or what? Any advices would be nice, thanks.

Office romances are risky. You have to work with the person every day. If you start dating this guy and either or both of you lose interest, going to work every day could become very much more stressful than it usually is.
Look at it this way: men are hounds. If they see a female they like, they go after her. You already let the guy know you are interested. It is best to leave it at that. Smile and say "Hello" when you see him. Then let nature take it's course.

Try to get him to go out w/ you and your freinds from work. In a relaxed setting he may be more apt let u know his feelings, especially if u get a couple drinks in him:)
Group setting can be a good way to take the pressure off. Also, if he spends the whole talking mostly w/ you, then he's probably interested.

You try to help yourselff ??????? or what , you never ever again
make situation - expose your feelings to co-worker and
another co-worker told him if you think about yoursel seriously.
You made yourself so chip and hungry for love. If he thought about 'maybe' before - now not at all..
This is no connection no call - forget it . You can wait forever.
Accept reality - do not try fly if do not have wings.
Remember sometimes you do not get what you want - this is life.

Look somewhere else. You are not in high school anymore. You have a job. Having a crush on someone in high school is cute. At work it's immature and could cause someone to get fired if one of you claimed sexual harassment. Move on.

Stop thinking about it and just do it. Take him in your car, it'll throw him off. Men need help too, you know. The only way you would hurt his ego is if he had to pay for your meal.
