Denying that Allah is One
Biggest sin is to make some one worth of worship other than Allah.
aand / or not to belive that Mohammad peace be upon him is his last prophet and messenger.
Read Qur'an Surah Ikhlas Chapter 112
2. Killing someone innocent.
3. Sex other than spouse.
4. Disobedence of Parents
5. Alcohal, Eating Prok or animal which has been slaughtered by the name other than Allah, Interest taking, Bidding / Lottery etc and generating money via illegal means.
6. occupying others rights or money or propetry especially if the orphens and not giving them thier rights.
7. To lie /cheat / back biting

There is no hadith nor Quranic support for this concept of gunah kabir. This is all made up after the time of the Prophet (saw).
However, there are numerous mentions of behavior that are more destructive to one's soul than others.
The most major of these is ascribing partners to Allah (swt) known as shirk.
A way of saying a Kalima is:
la illaha il allah wa dahu la sharik allah, meaning there is not God but God and he has no partners.
