I'm not sure if I spelled it right. My friend mentioned it's an upper or a downer for parties. Is it some kind or drug? or an Alcohol mixture?

no honey, aqua is water in latin.

Did you never hear of Aqua Selzer ? It is the kind of pill (for headache or whatever) you put in a glass of water, it starts sparkling and after it settles down you can drink it.

The French word for water is l'eau by the way, in spanish I don't know. But in latin it's aqua.

these people who have answered this question are kind of dumb (sorry everyone). agwa (correct spelling) is a new green herbal liquor imported from holland. it is made from 32 grams of coca leaves (yes the kind in cocaine). it tastes kind of like a melon schnapps. the new slogan for it is "melts in your mouth, not in your nose". drinking it as a shot is supposed to give you the same feeling as if you have redbull with vodka (or something similar). check out agwabuzz.com. it has all the info you want.

Unless you are refering to AGWA. It is a type of liqueur distilled from Coca Leaf, Guarana Nuts and ginseng. High in caffeine. But cocaine has been removed from the leaves before distillation.
