What is the percent of catching a diesease or a bug from taking the public bus 4 times 5 days a week?

No greater risk than anywhere else. We are surrounded by germs. We catch something not because someone sneezed or shook hands with us, but because our immune system is suppressed. Avoid stress, eat well, get adequate sleep and take 1000 mg. of Vitamin C a day. That should protect you. Works for me - and I am in contact with school children daily. No greater source of nasty germs!

If you are well-fed (healthy food), excercise, take a mulit-vitamin daily and wash your hands regularly... your chances of getting ill are the same as people not using the bus. Now if your sit across someone snotting and sneezing at you...that is another story. But still, preparedness, positive attitude and immunity can ward of germs!

Bus and train riders probably have better immune systems and therefore healthier than other people! Living in a germ free world is not healthy. Some pediatricians are now promoting exposing children to sick people and germs as much as possible to increase their immunity and making them healthier. Strange I know.
