The pain is from behind my knees down to my muscles.I got the pain first for two days and i just got the rashes.

Did you take anything with sulfa in it? That's what happened to my sons,minus the pain...it was an allergic reaction.

If u have flu-like symptoms as well - it may be an infection
A fever means that ur body is fightin off something that shouldn't be there
The appearance of the 'flu' w/ ur symptoms and the season are all pointing towards a bug bite - maybe west nile depending on your location
I would go to the nearest walk-in, get some blood work done, and take some time to rest yourself

Have you been taking any medication or anything unusual? Maybe you're allergic to something.
