Do any of you have any brilliant strategies in playing Toto and 4D, beside keeping on buying with more money?

You take bits of paper and scribble a single digit on each piece of paper. Then get your dog to sniff out the numbers. I know of someone who got his Golden Retriever to do it and he struck $25000! Speaking of striking GOLD!
