It will vary a fair bit depending on which part of Turkey you are interested in.
There is an excelent climatology site at www.weather.co.uk, you can put in any city in any country, choose the month and it will give you average highs and lows, average rainfall, sunrise and sunset times ......
As an example, I have done this for Ankara, but if you are interested in a different part of Turkey, just put Turkey in the country box at the top of the page and choose the nearest place you want information for. Then follow the Climate links to get to November.

That very much depends upon where you are in Turkey in November.
In the northeast the snows have already begun.
In the southeast, it will still be sunny and warm and dry.
On the Med, usually called the South Coast in Turkey, it will be warm and sunny, but the water will bechiiillllllly.
The lower Aegean the same.
In the north west, that is Istanbul it can be almost anything, but plan for rain and cold and damp and warm and sun and wind.
Remember that Istanbul lies on almost exactly the same latitude as New York City and has about the same weather year round. The areas lying south of New York and Istanbul have roughly the same kind of weather.
So pack for New York City and you'll be fine in Istanbul. If it's farther south, pack for the South Carolina coast.
And who cares about the weather, Turkey is beautiful and full of good stuff regardless of the weather

Hello dear!
Turkey is a large country extending from the Middle East and the Aegean to Iran and the Black Sea! Turkey extends from sea level to high mountains!
Thus, in the coast around the Aegean, even in November it has a fine climate, while in the centre and East the temperatures drop low!

I have lived in Turkey for 3 years and November is not snowy in Istanbul. We normally don't get snow until January or Feb. It is normally cold and somewhat rainy. The best time to come is Spring and Summer.

It depends which part of turkey you are enquiring about. We have a Villa just outside Alanya and visit regular in november and temperatures are still in the mid 20s and it is still warm enough to swim in the sea. november is a nice time to visit.

It changes from region to region. While north and east may get much snow at that time of the year, the south would still be hot as hell.
