Try to only sleep for increments of 15 Min's. 15 is suppose to be all it takes to replenish your body,tricking it into thinking you have had 2 hours of rest. Read the Isha Foundation article.

- tell yourself right before you go to bed that you WANT to wake up at that time.
- set a loud RADIO alarm clock somewhere near to your bed, but still far enough so that you will need to get out of bed to shut it off - and do not go back to bed again, when you have shut it off!
