Windows XP Filename Postfix .QIC?

Does anyone know of of a filename postfix of .QIC in windows xp (or an application that runs in XP) and is not the xp backup program?

Yes, .QIC is Windows Backup Backup Set and work on windows 95 or 98
Backup file created with the backup utility shipped with Windows 98. Note: People report trouble moving .QIC backup from Win9x to WinXP. See the Computer Knowledge QIC page for more info and some tips on recovering files from the backup file.
