That was a typo. Tony Blair is actually a doodle; an inane crayon representation of obedience dreamed up by Bush in his alcohol and cocaine days.
The colour is quite nice ( he's not managed to stay inside the lines bless), but the result is something 2 dimensional, flimsy, and is not going to last a great deal longer!

I think it is an insult to Tony Blair, and I have had poodles. Poodles are in an entirely different class. Shouldn't be compared with a man. I wouldn't compare my poodle to a man.
I have heard this, and wonder who ever started it.

why liken one to the other?,
