i just bought a 2000 chevy camaro and theres no license plate holder on the front of the car. and i was wondering if i could buy one and attach it? do they even make them?

Yes they do,,any auto parts store like pep boys, kragens has a some they will be happy to sell you for 10 bucks,, ask the guy at the counter for hold in screws while your at it,, another 3 bucks,, the price of not being stoped by a stupid cop on a doughnut break.. priceless..

An auto parts store or Chevrolet dealership will have what you need. Shop arround and find what you really want. There are different styles. Some look smooth and designed for the car and others look extreemly tacky and cheap.
