Starvation is not an acceptable reason to act against social laws and spiritual laws. Of course, no civilized societies should leave their citizens in starvation, but all men are responsible for the living of each other in dignity.
If you study true religions, which are the Revelations from God, you will know that physical death is a door to spiritual life, the real and eternal life of man. So while protecting our phisical lives, we have to care more about our spiritual ones.

No. I would make a sandwich or order a pizza. Seriously: medically speaking, cannibalism is one of the most dangerous things you could do, as disease transmission in humans is mainly from humans, so consuming human flesh (yuk!) is medically DANGEROUS. Only in a ridiculously extreme of situations should anyone even consider this, and in an age of global sattelite phones, I don't see how it would ever be necessary as long as people prepared for an emergency.

Its a question of survival. Honed down to the basic survival instinct and a determination to live no matter what, then anyone might eat another human to survive.

I'm talking a desperation level to survive that transcends any religious and social/moral beliefs.

Are you tasty?

Anyway, I'll only eat you if we're like stranded somewhere with no food. Instinct always takes over when humans are put in mortal danger, no matter how cultured or civilized the person is.

If I was on the verge of starvation and had no other choice then yes, I would.

Care to explain what this has to do with religion and spirituality?

No I would not eat another human being. God forbid. Life on this earth is not worth that depravity.

Hmmm... eating another human? No, I wouldn't want to be a cannibal. It's against my religion too... and immoral... and disgusting... etc.
